Garth Fisher, M.D. is the “world renowned” plastic surgeon who has co-founded CellCeuticals® and just happens to be Bruce Jenner’s plastic surgeon. I guess that explains why Kim Kardashian endorses the product. The K clan has been using CellCeuticals® since it’s launch in January 2009. Dr. Fisher is also the first plastic surgeon on Extreme Makeover so at least he does have a reputation to protect.
